Commercial Client Service Executive
This role is within the Existing Renewals department dealing with Not for Profit Clients. The role will suit those who are energetic, motivated with a positive attitude and can work in a fast pace environment.
- Contract: Permanent- Following successful 6 month Probation period
- Job Location: Plaza 211, Blanchardstown Corporate Park 2, Dublin 15
- Salary: Negotiable
- The ability to work as part of a team and own initiative to meet deadlines.
- The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive attitude. Ensure that procedures and compliance are strictly followed in relation to all areas i.e.: systems/compliance/timelines/products etc…
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters
- Resolve account queries by liaising with underwriters/clients and accounts while chasing up on aged debt
- Attend and complete all relevant training and maintain CPD
- Attend Insurance/sector related seminars/meetings , workshops when required
- CIP Qualification
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel with knowledge of Applied Relay 360 a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of the Not for Profit /Charity Insurance sector would be an advantage
